Listed below are some frequently asked questions about the sex shop.  More questions may be answered via the FAQ link above.

• All goods are wrapped discreetly.  It will not be possible for anyone to identify the ordered goods, or their source from the outside.
   
• All goods are despatched from the UK using the Royal Mail or Interlink, with insurance.
   
• All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
   
• All UK orders should arrive next day or the day after, depending on where you live and the time of day you order.
   
• Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after these times will be despatched on the next working day.
   
• Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Authorisation Number, which can be obtained here.
   
  • Return Numbers must be obtained within two weeks of delivery.
  • Faulty items will be replaced at no cost to yourself.
  • Exchanges for items of the same value (different size/colour) are permitted but you will need to pay the delivery charges.
  • Incorrectly shipped items or orders will be corrected at our expense.
  • Refunds will only be issued for non-faulty products if they have not been opened and are in a saleable condition.
