A: All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be shipped that day, guaranteed. If your
order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day. UK based orders are normally
sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days, however 5 working days should be allowed before
contacting us if your order has not arrived. European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days and
international orders usually arrive within 10 working days.

Q5: IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
A: All of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with
your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an
alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
Our returns conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4.Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right
to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non

Q6: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY?
