Posting to the Swinging Invitation Board...

You can post your uncoming party or event for free. All you need to is click 'Post a Swinging Invitation' on your Manage Invitations page. (Menu > My Emails & Activities > Manage Invitations)

Note: Normal SwingFree.co.uk Terms and Condidtions apply. No emails, URL's or telephone numbers.

• Title
  Think of a suitable name for your party.
• Starts & Ends
  Select/enter the start date/time and end date/time of your party.
• Party/Event Type
  Select the type of party you are hosting (e.g. Private House Party)
• Region / County / Town
  Select the Region/County and enter the Town
• Post-Code
  It's important you enter the 1st Part of the Post-Code (e.g. MA60). This is used when people are searching for Swinging Invitations.
• Location Details
  (optional) e.g. "Nicely refurbished place, above the Red Lyon"
• Full Details
  You need to enter the details of the party you are hosting and any rules that may apply. Please be as specific as possible.
• Invites Open To
  Select the genders you wish to invite to your party. Any genders you do not select will not be able to respond to your invitation.

After you have completed the form, simply click the 'Save' button at the bottom right. Your Swinging Invitation will be moderated by a member of our team before it goes onto the site.

Your Swinging Invitation Responses

You can check who has responded to your invitation on the Swinging Invitation Responses page. You may also have noticed the count below your Email Inbox count on the Members Home Page (at the left hand side).

This page allows you to either Schedule then Confirm or Delete.

Schedule: This tells the system that the member is on the guest list for your party.

Confirm: Select this after the party, only if the member did actually attend.

Delete: Removes the member from the guest list.

   

Searching and Responding to a Swinging Invitation...

1. Search for a Swinging Invitation from the main menu on the site (Parties & Events). Enter criteria into the search form and hit 'Search'. You can also click your Region from the selection at the top of the page (only shows if the Region has an active invitation).
   
   
2. Once you have found a Swinging Invitation you are interested in click 'View Details'.
   
   
3. Review the invitation carefully, if you are still interested click "Express Interest".
   
   
4. Complete the short form on the Swinging Invitation Response page. You may wish to add a comment or question for the host. This information is then sent to the host who will contact you with details if they wish to put you on the guest list.
   
   
5. Hit 'Submit Response'.
